1. What CoaSift does
CoaSift assists with transcription of English supplier and raw-material certificates of analysis into a source-linked, editable table and Excel file. Human review is required before any value is used.
CoaSift is not a laboratory, compliance validator, quality-management system, batch-release authority, or substitute for a qualified reviewer. It does not calculate pass/fail, compliance, approval, or release. A status appears only when the source reports it and remains labeled as reported status.
2. Your uploads and permitted use
Upload only in-scope COAs that you are authorized to process. Do not upload executable content, unlawful material, personal health information, or documents from excluded product categories such as pharmaceuticals, cannabis/CBD, peptides, or finished-product release workflows.
You keep ownership of customer content. You give CoaSift only the limited permission needed to validate, process, display, review, export, secure, and delete that content under the applicable retention window.
3. Anonymous availability window
Anonymous source files, rendered pages, extraction content, review content, and exports are available only until the original deadline: 55 minutes from validated upload. Five minutes remain for cleanup and retries before the unchanged 60-minute maximum retention boundary. Payment does not extend either deadline. The result page must show the deadline before any future checkout begins.
If a document has no usable result table, CoaSift will not offer payment for it. Do not begin a future payment when too little time remains to review and download the result.
4. Prices, accounts, and refunds
Checkout is not active in this private preview. Before activation, the intended one-off offer is $9 for one in-scope COA of up to five pages, with editable extraction and Excel export after verified payment.
The workspace offer for the first ten companies is intended to cost $99 for 30 days, up to 50 in-scope COAs, one named user, and one approved Excel template after a three-document compatibility check. A workspace customer may request a refund if CoaSift cannot produce a reviewable export for at least eight of the first ten in-scope COAs.
Signup is required for both offers before final review and download. The free upload preview shows the first two result rows; remaining extracted values stay server-side until verified payment. Signup alone, or a browser payment-return page, does not unlock results. Signup, payment and review do not extend the upload's original deadline.
5. Availability and responsible review
Document layouts vary, and extraction can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for comparing every value with the source, correcting it, deciding whether the document is suitable for your workflow, and keeping any records your own procedures require.
CoaSift may reject unsupported, corrupt, encrypted, oversized, or unsafe documents. A failed or expired result is not evidence about the underlying material or product.
6. Support and contact
Founder-supplied seller details: PROMNESTRIA LLC, Bedri Shala, Prishtina 10000, Kosovo. These are draft details pending final legal review; checkout remains inactive.
For an unavailable result, possible duplicate payment, export problem, or deletion retry, follow the support instructions. Never email a source COA, capability token, signed URL, or extracted cell contents unless CoaSift provides an approved secure transfer method.
